Managed platform for building and hosting web apps, static sites, functions and edge services.

Decision Summary

Strong managed deployment option where SaaS, residency, billing and exit risks are accepted.

Use Cases

JAMstack sites, previews, CI/CD, CDN, functions, forms, identity and managed data services.

Field Notes

New accounts use credit pricing. Configure spend controls, MFA/SSO, repository least privilege and independent exit path.

Hardware Requirements

No customer server; requires source/build configuration, DNS control and cost sizing for deploys, bandwidth, functions and data.

Backup Strategy

Git repo, lockfiles, build config, environment inventory, DNS, function code and supported data exports/backups.

Recovery Strategy

Build clean clone, restore secrets/data, redeploy to Netlify or alternate host and validate DNS/TLS/functions/forms.

Secure Boot Notes
